What is TellyTime and how does it work?

TellyTime brings you all the TV content you need through the internet.
You can watch all the live channels and on-demand content you want with a very simple installation. There’s no need for a satellite dish!

How do I join your service?

Please visit the pricing page and choose the subscription that fits you best.
Then, just follow the simple steps and fill in your details.

We will then get your order approved and email you a payment link and installation instructions, so just make sure to check your spam inbox.

If you choose to buy a Fire TV Stick or an Android TV box from us, we will ship it for FREE, within 5 days.

What happens after I subscribe?

Once your subscription is approved, we will email you a link for payment and send over your installation instructions. As soon as the payment is made, we will email your login credentials so that you can start watching and enjoying TellyTime immediately.

If you ordered a Fire TV Stick or an Android Box, we will ship it over to you straight away.

Just one last thing - Don’t forget to check your SPAM folder and mark our emails as safe. This will make sure you see everything we send you.

What do I need to install and run TellyTime?

To enjoy our service, you need to have a high-speed internet connection of 8.0 Mbps. You can test your internet speed here.

To watch TellyTime over TV, you need a smart TV and a Fire TV Stick or Android Box.
To watch TellyTime over a computer or a smartphone, you don’t need anything else!

How does the installation work?

As soon as your subscription is approved and paid for, we will provide you with your new login details and email you specific instructions on how to install our app on your TV or any other device.

The installation is simple and will change slightly between devices, but it will usually involve downloading an app from your TV store and running our app (APK) on it.

If you’re planning on watching TellyTime on your TV (rather than on your mobile device, for example), make sure that you have a Fire TV Stick or an Android Box. If you already have one installed, great! If not, you can order one from us or buy it somewhere else, it’s up to you. Either way, we will send you a simple guide on how to install your new device.

Should you require any help, our support team is available to personally guide you through the process at any time.

Is there a credit check?

A credit check is not required. Installing TellyTime is really that easy.

What payment methods are available?

You can purchase our services with a Debit/Credit Card through our secured payment gateway, we accept all major cards.
Payment will be done on an external secured website, hosted by Tech Sub Pro.

How does the extra connection work?

If you already have a subscription with us (or if you are currently buying one on our website), you can get an extra connection for a reduced price - to run on multiple devices simultaneously, with the same pack you already own.

For example, if you own the TellyTime All-In Pack, you’ll get another Complete Pack with the extra connection.

Is there a contract?

TellyTime is flexible. There are no pesky contracts and no commitments. You can stop the service at any point.

How can I cancel my service?

You can easily cancel your account online by sending an email to [email protected] or filling in the form here asking to cancel your subscription.

There are no cancellation fees – start or stop your account at any time.

Troubleshooting & Technical Information

What is the internet speed required, and how do I check my connection?

To enjoy our service, you need to have a high-speed internet connection of 8.0 Mbps. You can test your internet speed here.

Why can't I access my account?

If you’re having trouble watching TV on our service, please first check that your internet connection is working, try restarting your router and device.
If you’re having issues with the internet connection please contact your internet provider.
If you need further assistance please contact us on our Band group

The channel I was watching got stuck, what should I do?

If the channel you’re watching pauses or crashes, simply select another channel, then return to the original one to see if it starts working again. These things sometimes happen due to break in transmission, as the software will halt under these conditions.

Why are my channels buffering and how can I fix that?

Sometimes you may experience buffering due to low internet speed or high internet traffic. We advise you to use an internet connection with a minimum download speed of 8mb/s to get the best from the service.

If you have more users at your home, disconnect them all and try again.
